If you would like to purchase items with multiple delivery rate, please contact us and we will arrange an overall reduced delivery cost.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

Our standard delivery charges apply to the England, Wales and Scotland mainland only. At present we do not deliver to The Highlands, Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road or area is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction; please inform us at the time of order.

Deliveries are made from approximately 8.00 am to around 5.00pm and Monday to Friday. There are is no movement of goods or deliveries on the weekend. Requests for an E.T.A on the day of delivery are strictly at the courier's discretion. We cannot make a courier contact you to advise delivery times, we can only request this. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.

ALL deliveries must be signed for. If you require goods to be left without signing for them, you will need to give us 1 day prior to delivery date notice. We can not accept liability of damage or theft of goods if they are left without a signature. Approximate delivery lead times will be advised at the time of order whenever possible.

In any event please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. For instance, this means opening tubes to check trims and glancing over (but not opening) packs of flooring for visible damage. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, or an item is missing, make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. Claims for such damaged or missing items must be made within seven days of the delivery and will only be considered if the courier's paperwork is appropriately noted. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received in good condition.

MISSED DELIVERIES:

Missed Deliveries: In case there is no one home to receive the goods, there will be an estimated £11 charge to have the goods re-delivered. If you have provided us with a contact number then the courier will make all efforts to contact you, but this at the courier’s discretion only.
