By making any purchase
from Urban Flooring you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions in
addition to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Please contact us if you

WEBSITE STOCK LEVELS:
Our website does not have a real time stock system. If an item
is showing in stock, this may not be an accurate value. Stock is allocated on a
first come first serve basis.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If you place an order but later receive an 'Out of stock'
notification, your order will be placed on hold until it can be fulfilled. We
can usually re-stock any item with 5 working days. If the delay is not
acceptable we can dispatch all available goods and refund the balance owed to
you. Alternatively you have the option at this point to cancel the order for a
full refund.
ORDER AMMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
You may amend or cancel your order up to the dispatch deadline.
The dispatch deadline is 11am on the day of order or by 11am the following day,
if the order was placed after 11am. Once an item has been dispatched no
cancellation can be made, however the goods can be returned to us for a refund.
A charge to the value of delivery originally paid will be raised and deducted
from the refund amount. The Customers is responsible for sending goods back to
us in case of refund or cancellation.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number, which can be obtained from our
office. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier
and must be returned to the address given with the returns authorization number.

and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the “Distance
Selling Regulation” a guide of which can be found at

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:
If an order is refused at delivery for any other reason other
than the item is incorrect or damaged, a charge to the value of delivery
originally paid will be raised and deducted from the refund amount. All items
must be inspected on delivery and opened if necessary. Any damaged items must
be returned with the driver with the items clearly marked as damaged on the
delivery documentation. Unfortunately no claims can be made for damage once
accepted and signed for. Any returns made for any other reason other than the
item is incorrect or damaged, are done so at the customers own risk. The value
of any damaged items returned for any other reason other than the item is
incorrect or damaged, will be deducted from the refund amount.
ORDER ERRORS::
If when placing an order an error is made that is deemed to be
the purchasers error the purchaser is liable for all
costs incurred including collection and re-sending of the correct goods. Urban
Flooring will put right any orders in the event that we have sent an incorrect
item. Urban Flooring reserves the rights to errors. |
